Stonebridge Weddings & Events | Julianna + Kevin's Wedding Day

Julianna + Kevin are such a sweet couple. Their wedding day was so pretty and the two of them were so easy to work with. They approached the day with ease and flexibility- which made the planning experience that much better for everyone involved.

They said their I Dos beneath The Large Oak! The decor was beautiful and understated. 

Reception

Julianna + Kevin were one of our first couples to enjoy The Garden House renovations. We loved their beautiful purple + plum color palette! It contrasted beautifully with the ivory and cream in the space. They also added purple uplighting, which was really fun!

Favorite moment of the wedding day? "Honestly the end of it, walking down the stairs to leave. You prepare for a year for this one day and for me personally I was overwhelmed by the attention because I hate being in the spotlight. I really didn’t get to enjoy it until we were on our bus ride home belting out our favorite songs!"

Favorite part of the big day to plan? "Planning for the unplanned. No matter how perfect and to the minute you plan something, life happens and things go wrong. The best advice I was given was none of the 100+ guests will even know its wrong because they don’t know what you planned, they only know what they see now. I took the day one step at a time, stayed calm and changed my plans if that’s what needed to be done."

Their advice to other couples...

"Take a couple moments away from the crowd to enjoy the day just the two newlyweds and no one else, our wedding flew by and we didn’t get the chance but I think if we did it would have been more memorable and enjoyable!"
